Static websites usually launch in 2–4 weeks, and websites with an admin panel in 4–8 weeks. We agree a timeline together before any work begins.

You know your business best, so we'll ask for the essentials. We can help shape the copy for key pages and source licensed stock photography.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

Yes, with the Website with Admin Panel plan. You can edit text, images and listings yourself. For a static website, send us the change and we'll handle it through Website Support.

What does payment look like?

We split payments into a 50% deposit to book your project and 50% on launch.

Do you handle hosting and domains?

Accepted Answer

Every website we build runs on our Managed Website Hosting, which covers setup, backups and uptime monitoring. Domain and business email fees are paid separately.

What happens after launch?

Small changes are billed through Website Support, based on the time the work takes. For regular updates and maintenance, the Basic Care plan bundles support time and hosting each month.
